Job Requirements
The Tire Shop Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations at our tire shop facility. Responsibilities include general upkeep of the shop and equipment, assisting with vehicle assessments based on visual inspections or customer-reported concerns, and performing service tasks associated with assigned work orders. This includes vehicle and tire maintenance, moving vehicles to designated workstations, and maintaining accurate records of key information.
The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members and supervisors, and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure. Previous experience in automotive maintenance or tire services is helpful but not required. Duties may vary based on skill level, experience, and training progression. All employees are expected to complete assigned safety training as part of their role.
