Job Description
This position will be a part of the maintenance team for an apartment building. It will include repairing and/or cleaning all aspects of the property and units. Preparing units for new tenants.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing units for new tenants by following all work orders. Making repairs, painting, cleaning and any other assigned tasks. Following company standards and checklists. Conduct walk-throughs of units to ensure that everything is in working order. Prepare units for inspections. Utilize basic tools to make repairs to various equipment and structures. All other duties as assigned. Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Ability to understand written or verbal directions. Mechanically inclined. Ability to utilize basic tools.
Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner. Ability to lift up to 75+ pounds. Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary. Experience with maintenance or construction is preferred. Excellent time management and communication skills.
