Job Description
Join a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where your leadership makes a direct impact. We re looking for a motivated and experienced Production Line Team Lead to oversee day-to-day line operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and drive team performance toward daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support production line employees to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Monitor employee break times and ensure timely return to maintain operational flow.
Communicate and enforce daily production targets, reporting shortfalls to the Shift Production Leader.
Promote a positive and fair work environment by treating all team members with respect and consistency.
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Enforce adherence to all safety protocols, quality control standards, and manufacturing procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals and team success.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead role within a manufacturing or production setting.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a production line or similar environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
Proven ability to follow and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 40+ lbs, reach above shoulder level, and perform repetitive movements including bending, twisting, and lifting.
Availability to work assigned shift and maintain reliability and professionalism at all times.
