WAREHOUSE/TEAM LEAD
Job Description
Monitor/supervise warehouse employees. Ensure that employees are trained properly and provide knowledge of policies and procedures. Utilize computer software and enter data accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that all employees are abiding by safety rules, warehouse policies and procedures. Ensure that employees are back from break on time. Ensure that the days workload is being completed and that employees are accurately completing their jobs. Report to the Warehouse Manager if the employees are not adequately performing their duties. Treat all employees equally, without showing favoritism. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Complete data entry. Enter information into a computer software database. Ensure that information in the computer system is accurate and up-to-date. Complete receiving and/or shipping documentation. Verify the accuracy of incoming/outgoing loads. Keep records up-to-date and filed accordingly. Ensure that employees are wearing the proper attire and PPE. Become knowledgeable about proper procedures and policies of the company. Provide information to employees. Follow all safety, quality and production policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
1 year experience in a supervisory role is required. Experience with computers and computer systems is required. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Must work well with other people. Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand and follow rules. Basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 40+ pounds. Ability to lift above shoulder level. Bending and twisting with repetitive hand/arm motions. Ability to work the required shift. Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.
