We are actively hiring a Wire Harness Assembler to join our skilled production team, manufacturing high-quality electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies. Our products are trusted by leading companies in the commercial LED lighting, smart lighting controls, and industrial technology sectors.
As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components according to engineering specifications. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a passion for high-quality electrical work.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
The Wire Harness Assembler will assemble, route, and secure wires to build harnesses for electrical systems. Your responsibilities will include reading wire diagrams, selecting and preparing materials, and ensuring each product meets strict quality standards. You ll complete routine inspections and maintain accurate production logs as part of our commitment to excellence.
You will:
Read and interpret detailed work instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and wire lists.
Select wires of specific color codes, lengths, and markings as required by production needs.
Route and tie wires on harness boards following diagrams or sequential numbering.
Use tools including tie-wrap guns and wire cutters to secure wire bundles.
Maintain organized workstations and follow safety and quality protocols.
Track and report work progress through hourly production logs and inspections.
Qualifications
Previous experience in electrical assembly or wire harness manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to read technical diagrams and follow step-by-step instructions.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Dependable, team-oriented mind set and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
